Iphone 3G Ear Speaker Broken, what to do?

So I just bought a iphone 3g on ebay, but I got it pretty cheap because the ear speaker was broken, I knew this going in to it. So now that I have the phone, How much will apple charge me to fix this? I know that it will probably be a lot. But does anyone know anywhere else I could go to get my iphone fixed for cheaper...? Like a website that is legit and reliable?

Apple will charge $199 (in other words take that iPhone 3G and give you a refurb). As far as a site, not sure.

are you sure is out of warranty?
because i bought one with the home buttom broken and call apple to check the warranty and yes still had the warranty and they send me a replacement.
