my iphone 3g is not starting

it was jailbroken 4.1.1 BB 6.15.00
yesterday i updated the cydia
after update i installed fff facebook from cydia
during installation ultrasn0w,mobile substrate & substrate safe mode was removed from cydia
i tried many times to install these through cydia but wastage of time
after that i downloded ultrasn0w 0.9.3 on my pc
and coppied the three *.deb files to cydia/autoinstall folder using iFunbox through pc
after that i restrated the iphone
during restart it stuck on the apple logo
please help me
