Since about last week the mic button on my phone has stopped working, wont change song or answer calls, is it covered by my warranty? im in the UK? Thanks

If you just go into your local Apple store and demonstrate that it is not working I'm sure they'll give you a new pair, unless the headphones look like they have been damaged by you in anyway. I have had standard iPod headphones replaced with no questions asked twice, so it should be the same with the iPhone ones.

The headphones come with a 1 year warrenty as well. If they are the included pair with your phone, you need to take it back to the place where you got the phone, then they can do the exchange for you.

The covering on the sides were coming off, I took it in, and they took a new box off the shelf, and exchanged it without any problems.
