iPhone 3g problem loading data on first app launch ?

Since updating to lastest firmware I'm having this annoying problem. And I want to know if anyone else is having this issue.

The problem is on 3g not wifi. When I first start eBay app it won't load at all. But when I close it and launch it again it will load fine ? And this is happening with safari and facebook also. What is going on ? It's getting really annoying.

Any ideas ?

what i ment was, the app loads fine just wont pull any data, if i start safari and type you tube in google search bar and click go it wont load the page, but if i click the cross to stop it and then refresh it will load fine, nobody else having this issue then ?, Should i restore as a new phone ?
