so a while back i decided to jailbreak my phone. long story short, i messed up push messages on my phone. bad idea on my part, i know. now i am trying to find something to do to fix it, but google and the macrumors search have both failed me/: anybody have any fixes for a iphone 3G with push problems? i've been told that restoring my phone and setting it up as a new phone would essentially fix the problem, but i tried and it still isn't working!

You have to set it up as a new phone, and make sure you activate it with an active AT&T sim, and then run redsn0w. If it is hacktivated it won't work.

ive been doing that. the thing is my phone is NOT jailbroken anymore... im activating it with at&t in itunes, setting it up as a new phone, and no dice..... i don't even want to go near jailbreaking my phone anymore. but im trying to re-re-re-activate it one more time and see if push works with beejive, but im not really too hopeful at the moment/:
okay, well at least it works now! just 2 minutes behind for some reason. anyways, thanks for all the help
