well im having a few problems as of now with the screen on my launch day 3g.

first screen is tinted yellow, yea i know apple said this was normal and whatever but some are more exaggerated than others, im kinda disappointed by how noticable it is, only way i cant see it is with full brightness but that kills battery within few hours. So im not sure what to do, since if its low its really noticable and "pee" colored.

As for the other problems, i have about 4 or more noticable dead pixels and a few others scatered, but only seen from sides, and my screen is also already gathering dust under, right now i have a big black dust particle in top, so i notice it all the time when on internet or when on any light screen.

What should i do? Go to ATT where i bought it? or Apple and ask to get it replaced? Do you think they will? And are the replacements, new or refurb (dont think theyll have refurbs yet)?

Check your firmware and update it to 5A347 if you've got 5A345. If you have 347 it can give you a more yellow screen than it's supposed to be.

If you have dead pixels then go to the place where you bought it. Also, you should NEVER have dust UNDER your screen. I've had my iPhone for awhile and it's spent a lot of time in my dirty pockets and don't have a speck of dust under the screen. Seems like it's pretty defective and you should get a new one.

noticed yellow on both firmwares and im currently on 347.

do you think apple will take it in just for dust? because im sure they will say dead pixels and a yellow screen arent enough to get a new one.
