Ok so ive read around here on how to fix it but all this you guys tell me isnt working. Like Hold the button tell the Screen turns black that doesnt happen it just stays the apple logo with the little circle not spinning and a couple of things on top of the Screen that look like color streaks! But the screen does turn off after like 10 min of the same screen frozen then the Apple logo again attempts to boot up and the does the loading circle a couple times then freezes!

So i Jail Broke my IPhone with jailbreakme.com

I have an Iphone 3G, 3.1.3 and i clicked reset. And this is whats happening so any suggestions?

The green streaks are caused by jailbreakme 2. They are normal. Google DFU mode, that's what you need to fix your iPhone. You are currently not doing it correctly.

I hold down the Buttons as im supposed to, i hold down Home+Power waiting for screen to turn off but it doesnt.

Plug the iPhone into a computer, hold down both buttons for exactly 10 seconds. Then release the power button while holding down the home button for an additional 15 seconds. It should appear in iTunes as an iPhone is Recovery mode. The iPhone's screen will be black. This is DFU mode, restore your iPhone as normal.

Doesnt Work its already plugged into the computer and it doesnt respond it just stays the same the phone every 10 min or so trys to reboot again and it just freezes

If holding down both buttons does not force the iPhone off, then it has a hardware error.

Then what do i do? It was working until i hit reset. But the phone reboots every 10 min. but then quickly refreezes

If you hit reset in the Settings app, you must restore via DFU mode. If both buttons where working before hitting reset, then you aren't attempting to enter DFU mode properly.
