iPhone 3G Upload Speed

What is your 3G upload speed? Using http://testmyiphone.com upload test I was able to get around 225kbps. Not bad I guess.

I've had better and I've had worse.. This is what's average at my house.

138kb/s up (1.13Mb/s down) at my cube at work. Five bars, 3G. At home I get roughly the same speed.
