Hello everytime I try and update my phone to OS3.0 it just won't. It extracts the software and then it does the backup which takes about 5 days to do but before the backup even gets to be half done I get an error that says the backup could not be complete because the iPhone disconnected. Obviously I didn't disconnect it so now I don't know what to do. I press escape to cancel the backup but then the update to 3.0 doesn't continue. Is there anything I can do to solve these issues and/or update to 3.0 without backing up?
