iphone 3g with turbo/rebel sim card help

this is my second post for the same question because my problem is still unsolved.

I have a iphone 3g in india. it has a sim adapter of some sort with some circuits at its bottom, i guess it is called rebel/turbo sim.

I wanted to know does it creates problems of any sort because I need to fill my iphone with songs/movies and lots of other stuff. how should i connect it to do so.

you should be able to connect it your computer and have the phone connect to itunes and then you can fill it ith songs and movies from within the itunes application.
