so i lost my iphone, again :( only had it 2-3 months and already claimed once cos i lost it somewhere between the bus and town, and today i reached for it to find it gone again, its so slippy its always slipping out my pocket! tried calling it and its going to voicemail, will o2 just cancel my insurance because i am too much of a liability? has anyone else claimed more than once?

wow...i have never lost a phone...ever...neither has anyone in my family...wtf are you doing?

For £15 a month I certainly hope they'd replace it for you without question!!! You'll have to pay the £25 excess but I'm sure they'll replace for you! If you could only get 1 replacement surely you'd stop buying the insurance after your first claim, it's not in their best interests to not allow you to make further claims or you'd cancel. I know I can only make 2 claims a year on my insurance, but that's free through my bank so different scenario!

Maybe you should buy a case to stop your phone being so slippy ;) if for no other reason than you don't want to keep being without your phone and paying £25 excesses lol :)

Let us know how you get on :)
