iPhone 3GS 3.0 to 3.1.2

Hello. I have been away from the iPhone for a while and just came back and my iPhone 3GS has 3.0 installed. I want to upgrade to 3.1.2 and was wondering how I can go about doing that since iTunes will only allow me to go to 3.1.3.

Yes. When I go to cydia it says "This device has SHSHs on file for iPhone OS: 3.1, 3.1.2

Make sure to make the change to your iTunes program on your computer so it contacts sauriks server instead of Apples for
verification.

Thanks for the replies...now does anyone know a trustworthy source for the 3.1.2 ipsw file? I can search for it in google but rather someone suggest a good source.
