Hi,

At work we have a wifi connection that in the past I have been able to connect to automatically but recently this isn't the case.

It is WPA2 Enterprise with Hidden Network Name. (So please don't tell me that hiding the SSID provides no benefit - rename it etc as none of these are possible. :))

If I manually connect to it by typing in the SSID and select the security - then provide the username and password it connects and has remembered all the info from before (for example the specific proxy info is still there)

Does anyone have any ideas? I did a restore today with the arrival of 3.1 (although I was already running 3.1 beta) and had hoped that this would clear it. But no luck.

Thanks

Glenn.

Solved

Seems if you ever tell the iPhone to "Forget a Network" it really forgets it no matter how many times you try and remind it. :)

Solution is Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings.

Then start again with your networks...
