iPhone iPhone 3GS 4.1 Baseband 5.14.02

Hi i bought a new iPhone and i have to sell my 3GS, sorry for my english.
I bought the 3gs to a friend who was in the same company than me, so i didnt have to unlock it or nothing, but now i have to do it to sell the iphone. The problem is that i am in 4.1 firmware, with 5.14.02 and new bootroom. I use mac. I dont know what i have to do, im searching but it seems that all people in my situation cant do anything. Im a total newbie in iphone unlocking so i dont even know what app to use. I´d appreciate any kind of help. Thanksss

Make sure your device was made before the 27th week of 2011 (check serial #)

iClarified.com has a tutorial

Then jailbreak and use Ultrasn0w.

I dont want to do anything before being sure that its the correct method, because im not very familiar with this.

Again, are you trying to unlock ?
Are you trying to jailbreak ?

I wwant to unlock my iPhone cause i want to sell it. My friend, who sold me the iphone, bought it officialy and i think he did the jailbreak. Now i want to unlock it but i guess i will have to jailbreak it again if i do the unlock process. Thanks.

What company is the iphone locked to?
If its AT&T you can unlock it officially by spending $3-4 on ebay.

Sometimes you have to run the downgrade procedure several times for it to "take".
Make sure the manufacture date of your phone before flashing the iPad baseband.
