iPhone iPhone 3gs Audio not working during calls

Hi,

I unlocked iPhone 3Gs with Ipad base bad 6.15.00 and version IOS : 5.0.1 (9A405) using Ultrasn0w. After unlocking when I make calls I am not able to hear the callers voice , but the caller is able to hear my voice.Every time I had to use my earphones to speak. Is there a fix for this. I tried restoring my phone which didnt work at all. this was a locked to AT&T when I unlocked it
