Hi,
I recently bought a iPhone 3GS and have just discovered a crack about 5mm long from the dock connector in the back cover, I was just wondering if anyone had this problem and how it was resolved.. I'm willing to buy a new back cover from apple if that is possible.. Does anyone know if it is possible??

I do NOT have phone insurance with o2, but I am insurared thru Barclays Additions in the UK.

Thanks in advance.

What is there stance on replacement's involving case cracking, I have a few at the top by the on/off switch and there's a few small crack's at the bottom surrounding the screw's, I've only had it two week's as well and I thought they'd resolved it!

Dont worry you are in the clear.

Don't worry, lots of other people are having the same things going on. It the material they made the white macbooks with and the same happened to them.
All you have to do is go in there and say I dont know why I am having this trouble and I think its on their fault. They NEED to pay to fix it, or give you a brand new one for free. Its not your fault that they use the cheapest materials.
