iphone 3gs blacklisted

hi everyone i have a iphone 3gs 16gb and it will not make or recieve calls, i have tried contacting ebay and theres nothing they can do as the seller is no longer registerd. 02 is also not interested.

is there any advice anyone can give as i just been conned big time, when i got it it was sealed in the box

Sounds like you brought stolen goods. Im not really sure what you can do as the IMEI number is probably blacklisted. Have you tried contacting the police?

Sell it to someone in the US, or elsewhere.
