iPhone 3Gs does not sync voice memos

Ever since I upgrade to IOS5 I can no longer sync voice memos that I have recorded on my old iPhone 3Gs. I'm basically using this as an iPod touch now since I have a 4s now. Anyone else having voice memo sync problems?
