iPhone Iphone 3gs Error 28

Hi guys,

I have bricked iphone 3gs made in 2012 week 09 (209), new bootrom.
When i try to restore it, i get error 28.
I tried to remove motherboard from battery for 12h, but nothing.Same error. . .

Any help?
