Iphone 3GS has dark spot (LCD ) on it, what should i DO

I have this dark spot on the Iphone. I dont know whats wrong with it, since the phone wasnt dropped or anything. See picture below. THe phone isnt more then 2 months old. I know its under warranty. Will apple cover this ?

Its on the right side.

I bet apple will replace it. There is no physical damage to the screen, so I don't see why not.

I'd definitely take that to the Genius bar and see if they'll give you a replacement for it. That's not normal, although you will want to make sure that the water sensors are not tripped, they are inside the headphone jack and dock connector.
