When the Iphone 3GS is unlocked/jailbroken it will use any SIM from any company around the world (i assume). My question is if you use a SIM from say a local cell phone company in spain and that company provides internet through the SIM card (not WIFI) will the iphone, when it connects to the internet (provided by the local company), automatically update the software and block all previous international capabilities?
As you can probably tell I am a newbie when it comes to the Iphone.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!!

No, it will work the same as it does now when you put your carriers sim card back in it.
