iPhone 3Gs iPod volume controls not working (Video Attached)

help me understand this..

My iPod player volume controls don't work properly. if I restart the phone, it will work for about 24 hours, but the next day, it does the same thing - several times now.

I'll bring it in to apple shortly. This only started happening after 3.1.3 update.

Any thoughts or idea's?

Happens to me occasionally. I restart and it goes away.
