iPhone 3gs jailbreak causing service problems

Hi I jailbroke with redsn0w and now my service is randomly dropping while I sit in my room, which has never happened pre-jail break. This happened last time when I jailbroke with purplera1n. Also texting is lagged my friends send me things and i get them 5-10 minutes later. Anyone know what is causing this?

Sounds like it's not worth the JB. What about a reinstall?

this happened to me too. I also lost wifi. :-/ Dunno why different people have such different experiences, but I just restored (got rid of the jb). Sucks, but better than iffy cell service and no wifi.

I'm interested to see if anyone else is having these same issues. I just got my 3GS and was about to jailbreak it not sure i want to put up with shotty performance as a result. I have to say it seems everyone else has had satisfactory results.
