iPhone 3GS plays music in background of calls, sometimes!

Because I am almost constantly travelling, I use the headphones a lot. While playing music once, held the in-line button and using Voice Control made a call, which had my music in the background. However, every other time I have tried it, it doesn't work. Can anyone else confirm this, and if so, does it do it all the time?

Sometimes while playing music in my car with my 3GS connected to the iPod integration kit and the phone connected via Bluetooth, if I receive or make a call I can hear the music over the Bluetooth connection during the call...it is extremely annoying...

Yeah same here, it's very annoying. I'm hoping it gets fixed in 3.1
