iPhone 3GS slow-rebooting problems

Hey there,
I have a problem, after JB via redsn0w my iPhone 3GS(6.1.6) is so slow and sometimes randomly reboot. I tried downgrade it to 6.1.3 but it won't help and restore via iTunes neither. I am also struggling with JB because its now saying "exloit falied" or missing some keys.

If by blocked, you mean locked, I think there is a way....someone could correct me, but I am pretty sure that UltraSnow also works on 6.1.6, but than again maybe not.
