Hey guys,

I rebooted my iphone yesterday and now it won't boot up. All it shows is the apple logo and nothing more.

The iPhone is a 3GS, newer boot version, jailbroken, 5.0.1

I have tried booting it from redsn0w, re-jailbreaking it and restoring it through itunes.

When i booted it from redsn0w it would either get stuck on the pineapple logo or boot up then springboard would crash and that would loop indefinitely

Restoring it through itunes (which was a last resort) bought up the 1600 error

Re-jailbreaking brings up this message on the command line on the iphone:
"error please perform a clean slide to power off and try again"
Which i can't do because i can't boot it!

Can anyone help

Many thanks,
Chris
