iphone 3Gs syncing problem?

Hello, please can some one help was just syncing iphone with the only laptop i had ever had it with and it was backing up fine like normal and have not changed anything and it started to remove all my apps for some reason. Any one know whats up with that? and how can i redownload all the paid apps again without paying

Just resync them back from iTunes, make sure their boxes are checked. If you can't figure that out, you can redownload them from the app store on your phone for free, it will ask about paying, and then see it was already purchased and allow a redownload. It might work the same in actual iTunes, but I've never tried.

ok thanks if i just redownloaded everything on iphone again then Authorized another computer with the same itunes account and synced it would i lose anything other than music and videos?
