iphone 3Gs syncing question?

Can some one tell me is there any way to like clear the applications off itunes and then transfer them all from iphone onto itunes again as it messed up a while ago and now every time it starts to remove all apps when i start to sync? Thanks.

go to your itunes applications delete them. then next time you hook your iphone up itunes go to file and transfer purchases. It will load all of the apps on your phone to your library
