iPhone iPhone 3GS: "the iPhone you connected may be damaged and can not be activated"

When I connect the iPhone iTunes says "the iphone you connected may be damaged and can not be activated"

It runs 5.1.1 with no jailbreak; I tried to restore it to 6.0.1 and after getting some 3194 and 1600 errors i succeded.

Everything seemed to be ok until I saw again the same message in iTunes
What can I do?
