iPhone 3GS. Trying to sync ringtone and iTunes says it will delete all my apps

If I check Manage Manually it says it will delete all my music/video/tv.
Literally like 3 hours ago I added new songs to my music library on iTunes and they just automatically synched to my iPhone when I plugged it in. Now I downloaded 5 ringtones and they won't autosynch.

right click on your iphone under devices all the way to the left and click on "transfer purchases"
