I got my 3GS on the 19th and have mobile me set up, the mail works but I am unable to upload photos or videos and Find My iPhone still only recognizes my iPhone 3G. Is this fix as simple as turning on my 3G and deleting my MobileMe account (I don't have it on me at the moment so I can't try yet) or is there something more complicated involved?

I would recommend deleting the Mobile Me account on the 3G and adding it on the 3GS. I was having another problem and that fixed it for me.
Just did that with some success, it got my 3G off of 'Find My iPhone' and my 3GS on but I still cannot upload pictures or videos. I guess it's safe to assume that the servers haven't had enough time to update my account completely. I'll check it again in about an hour or so and see what's up with it.
