iPhone Iphone 3gs unlocking not working

When i jailbreak a 3gs with 5.0.1 or 5.1 or 5.1.1 on baseband 5.13.04 or either on 6.15 with redsn0w and or snowbreeze custom ipsw, when I unlock with ultrasn0w (latest version), then insert a sim it turns off the iPhone and when i remove it, it succesfully boots it. This is an untethered jailbreak, and before i have used ultrasn0w succesfully and are doing everything right? Any one know wats wrong? Thanks
