iPhone iPhone 4 16GB IOS 6 Activation Help

Ok i got another iPhone 4 and its for Verizon and i updated it to IOS 6 and it asks to activate it but i don't have the box and have no clue on how to find the IMEID since i can't go into the settings. What to do. When i click activate it says server temporally unavailable.

CDMA phones activate automatically, if they don't Verizon has to do it. Go to the shop.

Connect phone and open TU, it will give you the IMEI on the main page.

TU only gives me the ECID

Yep, all CDMA phones are carrier activated.

went and just got the phone replaced with another as the other wouldn't activate now i'm good
