iphone 4.3.4 upgrade to ios5 no touch screen

can any one who help me? i upgrade my iphone 4.3.4 to ios5 after finish the touch screen is unavailable to unlock the slide... any one who can help me TAI...

For something like that even if it's not under warranty it still worthwhile making an appointment at the Genius bar as they may well be a simple solution or advice they can give to fix it.
