iphone 4 camera not showing up under my computer

using windows xp, no devices with ! under device manager, syncs fine with itunes just simply does not show up under my computer so I can access my pics and videos! any ideas?

You need to import them via iTunes. No clue where they would go in Windows, Mac user myself.

You have actually taken some photos right? I had this 'issue' until there was something in the camera roll, then it showed up fine.

duh, that must be it! I have no pics in the camera roll yet!
