iPhone iPhone 4 - Cannot re-restore to 6.1.3

As the title said. I tried to re-restore to 6.1.3 (from 6.1.3) using redsn0w, but it's stuck at "waiting for device"

I can downgrade to 5.1.1 using the saved shsh blobs just fine, but when I attempt to restore to 6.1.3 using the same method, it simply sits at the Apple logo and does nothing.

I recently updated iTunes to 11.1 on my computer, I know it blocks downgrades from iOS 7 for iPhone 4 using custom ipsw. Does it also cause issue with redsn0w?

If you can borrow a PC someone on another thread had success with ifaith and iTunes 11.0.

Now I am trying to enter pwned dfu and build a custom ipsw on my PC, then connect my iPhone to my Power Mac G5 running iTunes 10.x and complete the restore there.

It doesn't work with error 3194, it seems that Apple has disabled restores for iTunes 10.x (Or the pwned dfu will not work if the device is disconnected) I think it's time to take out my old laptop which takes forever to boot and open iTunes

Sorry to hear that. Some have reported success with iTunes 11.0

Not I am on 6.1.3, but now it has as new issue. When I tap on any wifi networks in the setup assistant, it jumps to the Apple logo then it get back to the "swipe to configure" screen.
 
Apple no longer signs 6.1.3 firmware - to restore saved and complete SHSH for 6.1.3 are required.

And you will need to downgrade iTunes, back to 10.5 or 10.0 (if you have saved SHSH)

Finally, you will need to use Sn0wbreeze, Redsn0w cannot to iOS6 restores beyond 6.0 firmware.

That is because you used Redsn0w.

That is because you used Redsn0w.

I used ifaith with itunes 11.05

UPDATE: I jailbroken the device using redsn0w and the setup assistant works fine afterwards, but now I have the "No service" error.
