Got an old Verizon iPhone 4 CDMA that I'd like to upgrade from iOS 4 to iOS 5.x. However, I don't have any SHSH blobs saved for the newer iOS, so how would I be able to do this? I've jailbroken my iPhones (started with the original iPhone) and feel comfortable doing stuff, but am stumped on if I can just jump from 4 to 5. I DON'T want to go to iOS 6 or 7, hence the question. I'm on a Mac but have Fusion/XP if I need Windows tools.:D

To clarify, I don't mind updating the baseband to what's included with iOS 5, just want to know how I can do the update.

Impossible to upgrade without blobs
