iPhone 4 Clock Changed to Banner

the guy has his clock changed to say Morris. How can you do that in iOS 4 on iPhone 4 with out jailbreak

heres one case scenario that I know of

instead of starting from a clean start, he must've restored to a backup from a jailbroken phone and he changed his banner with 'MakeitMine' (via Cydia)

Makes sense. I wonder if the people who are having issue with receptions restored instead of setup as new
