iPhone 4/Contract upgrade question

Okay, my fiance and I have 5 of 5 lines with AT&T. One (mine) has an iPhone, one (hers) has windows mobile, and the other 3 are standard flip phones. We want to get 2 new iPhones (4). One for me and one for her. The other 3 lines contracts are up now. Can we re up those contracts and get the iPhone at the discounted rate, but have the iPhones on our numbers or do the new iPhones have to have the number of the extended contracts?
 
Well, I guess I can answer my own question. I called my local store and they said we can, no problem. So, anyone wondering the same thing, its cool.
