But it's not an Apple product. Notice the guy talking to the genius in background, odds are that's a copy of a receipt from a dodgy phone seller and he's trying to get a letter saying it's not the product he was lead to believe he was buying.

I see these fairly regularly in our store - someone buys an I-Phone or an IPhone or an i-Phone over the net and they need us to say it's fake to get their money back.

That sounds actually quite believable. I can't believe I didn't think of that.

Fake chinese iphone. Owner took it in to get repaired and was told it was a fake.

It's easy to tell that this is fake. The current iPhone is the iPhone 4.....not the iPhone 4G.....therefore of it was real it would be labeled either the iPhone 4S or iPhone 4G......not 4GS
 
I think it is a real apple product....but i looks like a white iPhone 3GS that somebody attempted to sell as a iPhone 4 with that massive fake box.
