So I install Lion OS today. And my macbook is fresh as new. On the other hand my iPhone 4 is on ios 5. It has apps in it.

When I sync my iphone to itunes, it did not sync apps in iphone to my macbook via itunes. Why is that?

When I download apps from itunes, and wanted to sync it iphone, itunes say it will remove all the apps in my iphone if i sync.

My problem is, I have apps with data, such as Camera+ which save photo in the apps itself. If itunes remove it, and replace with the one i downloaded from itunes, it will wipe off all data right?

Is restoring with backup the only solution? Or there's setting I did not set to make iphone sync apps in it to my itunes & macbook?

p/s posted this question at apple support communities, with 125 views but nobody knows. So I decided to give macrumors a try to solve :)

Ok I solved my own issue...

When connect iphone to itunes, i need to right click on my device, and click Transfer all purchase from ______.

Thumbs up to myself LOL :D
