i am facing a problem with an i phone 4 ios 7.1.1 , it was locked to at&t network usa, i contacted at&t and unlocked it..... after following instructions
and connected it to itunes i got this

" Activate iPhone
This iPhone is currently linked to an Apple ID (r●●●●●@o●●●●●.com). Sign in with the Apple ID that was used to set up this iPhone."

apple id UnKnown ... apple previous owner unknown ....

my eyes poped out i've spent about 20 hours researching for the best solution

thanx for the B$ :apple: anything new that you would like to add  ........... but unfortunately ..... no previous owner info
What's with the attitude? You can't do anything with that phone without the original user's information. The phone is locked. Even if you update it, you'll come back to that prompt and be stuck.

in this case scenario what would be the best solution . JB . DNS . or etc... ???

The only scenario is to return the phone to where you got it, or you're stuck with a useless phone. Jailbreaking won't fix this; this is called iCloud Activation Lock.
As for the attitude? I mean the accusatory tone you're taking in your posts. We're answering your questions and you're completely ungrateful for it. I'm done here. No, I do not work for Apple.
