I'm having a couple issues with my iPhone 4, hopefully you guys can help me get them sorted out.

first the stats:
iPhone 4 16gb
jailbroken & unlocked using gevey ultra sim & UltraSnowCN
running 5.0.1
at&t phone now using tmobile

computer is an imac
running 10.8.5
itunes 11.1

Issue 1
When I plug my phone into the computer I get the error:
"An iPhone has been detected but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPhone."

I've tried restarting both computer and iphone, changing the cord I'm using, changing the USB port, shutting off internet connection, and still get the same error.

Issue 2
I'm having an issue where my phone will lose signal and I won't be able to get it back unless I turn the phone off then on, or reboot using UltraSnow. This happens in areas where I typically have great signal and it returns to full bars after the reboot. However, once I reboot all of my contacts are gone :-/ I've also had it erase all of my contacts without losing signal, so they may not be 100% related.
