Does jailbreaking my iphone 4 will make my iphone lag, if i only install iCleaner and Zeppelin?
 
It's not the act of jail breaking your iPhone that can cause lag.

It's either downloading lots of tweaks or sometimes it's about tweaks that can clash with each other.

I don't go downloading lots of tweaks and I also do a little bit of homework on the tweak to try and ensure as best I can that they don't have a clash issue.
