My current phone (S4) is broken and a friend has lent me their old iPhone 4. I was told by another friend that when they lent their old phone to their sister in law, they started getting every photo taken with the old phone and contact numbers etc....

So questions: How can I configure the phone so it doesn't disturb my friend? If anyone has specific step by step guide available on the net or clear instructions?

HELP! I dont have a phone at the moment.....my Samsung S4 turns on sometimes but the back has to be off and I can't take it out of the house! I need to sort the iPhone 4 out!

Thanks!

Can you erase everything on it and set it up as new essentially?

would this affect the owner of the phone? I don't want to bother her in any way.....or mess up her phone? She is currently using an iphone 5.....and has lent me her iphone 4.

Well, it won't affect her iPhone 5, but it will affect the iPhone 4--I guess the question is how are you expected to use the phone, simply with everything that's already on it making sure it stays that way (which would be hard since it wouldn't be your data on it), or you can do what you need with that phone as long as the phone itself is still functional and will be returned when you are done.
