Iphone 4 not syncing photos

i have the folders i want selected on itunes, and they sync but i can only view the photos when i click to change my wallpaper on my phone, the only album under my photos app is Camera Roll with none of the other photos being shown. Help Please

I'm finding quirky buggy behavior in my iPhone 4. Usually resolved by turning the phone off and back on.
