I have an iPhone 4 32gb (Verizon) which I purchased in June(2014). The phone arrived used and the frame was bent right where the volume down button is. The other day, I was using the phone when suddenly the screen popped up at the bottom. I'm assuming the glue went bad and it shot up cracking the lcd. After the screen shot up, I tried pushing it back Down but it wouldn't fit, but after a while I managed to get it back in place. There are 2 black blobs in the bottom right corner, horizontal lines close to the bottom of the screen and 2 vertical lines that are blue and green close to the right side of the screen. I know that the screen needs replaced but will apple do this for me? And the back also cracked when I was playing basketball. Thanks!

I can't tell you for sure if they will or will not replace the screen on an iPhone 4 for a couple reasons:

1. I do not know if they are still servicing a device that old (I would assume they do since there are probably a lot of people hanging on to those devices)

2. You mentioned the iPhone's frame is bent. Apple will probably not want to replace the screen since it most likely won't go together properly.

Hope this helps.
