iPhone iPhone 4 slow at opening apps.

my iPhone 4 (Verizon, CMDA) is running iOS 6.1.1 and is jailbroken.

my problem is that when I open apps its always laggy/slow.

The camera app is the worst one of all, takes about 20-30 seconds to open...

I'm wondering what could be the cause of this?

here's a list of tweaks I have installed

I know the fix for this is to un-install apps and see if the problem improves I was just wondering if anyone coulda advise me as to which app I should start with that could be the culprits?

Since you have an iphone 4, it's going to be at least a little laggy no matter what. But I would try to remove barrel first and see if that helps.

Add one of the speed up animation tweaks such as

fakeclockup
accelerate.

i'd remove barrel & dashboard if i were u.
removing those should speed up stuff.
try & see, if not u can always install em back.
