Anything else I should be trying or am I going to best buy tomorrow?

My brother picked up his iP4 yesterday and a ZAGG invisiheld installed at Best Buy this afternoon. It's been working ok all evening until now when he was messing with the FB app and it just turned off. Ben trying everything to get it turned on also, not working. My iPhone and my sister-in-law's iPhone both got Zaggs installed today at BB and they're doing fine

Press and hold the home and sleep button at the same time. Hold until it forces a hard reset.

If that doesn't work trying connecting it to a computer and see what happens.

Yup, it turned back on and seem to be working fine again. Thanks for th help everyone!

Weren't you told not to turn it on until the next day? Best Buy has a habit of using too much liquid and has ruined a number of phones. Hopefully BB will take care of you. Giving the phone a day to dry out is always the best choice.

Check your water sensors.

My phone was doing the same thing-- it would only respond to power cycling. It did this from day one. Maybe it isn't related to BB? I exchanged mine at the Apple store.
