iPhone IPhone 4 Unlock Gevey Question!

Hi guys!
Alright i got a iphone 4 currently in 4.2.1 wth bb 03.10.01(?). ive been reading post about how currently the gevey sim does work for iphone 4 5.1.1 with baseband 04.10.01, if i update my iphone to 5.1.1 while preserving bb 03.10.01, will it still work!?

Gevey confused me when they said that the iphone had to be at 04.10.01(?), can it work from any bb ranging from 1.59-4.10.01?

Or is it better just to keep it as it is?

Yes, if you make a No_BB IPSW it will preserve your baseband.

Applenberry.com lists all the info about the Gevey sim for iPhone4

Ive read in another post that it didnt work for him. I dont mind doing it and seeing if it works. Ill let yah know if anything happens.
